How many deals does each plan cover?
An envelope is one send for signature, and it counts once it's sent, whether or not it's signed. A deal with a listing agreement, an offer, a counteroffer, an addendum and closing documents can easily use 5 envelopes.
At 5 envelopes per deal, Starter covers about one deal a month (60 envelopes a year). Real Estate covers about 20 deals a year per user. If you close more than that, the REALTORS® plan (for NAR members) or a transaction platform with built-in e-sign, like dotloop, is usually the better buy.
Before you pay: check what you already have
Many MLSs and associations give members Lone Wolf Authentisign at no extra cost, and transaction platforms such as dotloop include e-signatures (dotloop is free for up to 10 transactions). If you only need simple signatures without association forms, Dropbox Sign Essentials costs $15 a month billed yearly ($180 a year) for one sender.
Bottom line
The most widely accepted e-signature tool, with a dedicated real estate plan. Envelope caps are the main limitation.
