Lofty released an MCP server, a connector that lets AI apps like Claude look up your leads, review transactions and update contact records in plain English. It uses your existing Lofty permissions, so the AI only sees what you can already see. It works on both Lofty AOS and Lofty Classic.

ChatGPT can now build interactive comparisons and calculators mid-chat
OpenAI rolled out GPT-6 to every ChatGPT plan, including Free. A new Intelligent UI lets answers include side-by-side comparisons, charts and working tools such as calculators, right in the conversation. Paid plans use GPT-6 Sol and Free and Go use GPT-6 Luna.
Why it matters for agents: Ask it to compare two listings side by side, or to build a quick cost calculator to walk a client through. Check the numbers before you share them.

Inside Real Estate is bringing Cotality property data into Streams, the AI platform behind BoldTrail. That includes seller propensity scores, home values, equity and ownership history. When a lead saves a home on your site, Streams can flag the property's value and the owner's equity.

ElevenLabs launched Eleven v4, a more expressive text-to-speech model, and Eleven v4 Turbo, a faster version built for voice agents. ElevenLabs says it supports more than 90 languages and lets you direct the delivery, such as calm or upbeat.
Why it matters for agents: Write a 45-second script and get a polished voiceover for a tour or reel, in Spanish or Mandarin too if those are your buyers. Disclose AI voices where required.
