In a HousingWire column, Misha Zhuro, who builds the Polotno design editor, says AI tools handle captions and photo cleanup well but can get exact details wrong inside a finished flyer, such as listing three bathrooms instead of two or getting a digit wrong in a license number. Because the mistake is baked into the image, the only fix is to generate it again. His fix is to keep the price, room counts, agent details and required fine print in fixed templates filled from the listing data, and use AI only for the parts that are allowed to vary.
Before you post an AI-made flyer or graphic, check every number and your license details against the MLS record, or build the flyer in a template where you type those facts in yourself. If your market expects a "virtually staged" note on edited photos, put it in the template so it is never left off.
