Maryland agent David Stroh shared five prompts he uses every week in Inman: listing copy built only from facts you paste, a skeptical-seller roleplay that scores your answers, a contract-deadline email for buyers, a seller update built from showing feedback, and one blog post turned into a week of social posts. The useful part is the guardrails: "use only these facts", "flag any phrase that could raise a fair housing concern" and "don't add facts or statistics that aren't in the original".
Add those guardrail lines to the prompts you already use this week. Strip client names and personal details before pasting, check every deadline against the contract, and read each draft before it reaches a client.
