Zillow launched a Claude connector that brings for-sale and rental listings, maps, Zestimates and affordability tools into the chat. From the same conversation, people can request a tour, connect with an agent or explore financing, and those requests run through Zillow. Zillow says it shows its own MLS-approved listing display with broker and MLS attribution and doesn't send data to Anthropic.
Why it matters for agents
Your buyers may arrive with a shortlist built in Claude. Connect Zillow in Claude (Customize, then Connectors) and search your own listings to see what clients see. If you get Zillow leads, expect some to start in Claude.
