Lofty's Oct 19 Cowork update opens every email in an editable preview card for you to approve, and each email or text still needs its own approval. Broadcast previews show sample recipients and flag merge fields that would come out blank. Broadcasts are capped at 1,000 recipients, and Cowork can now use your saved CRM templates and add custom AI Agents as steps in Smart Plans.
Why it matters for agents
If you use Lofty Cowork, run your next broadcast through the new preview and fix any blank merge fields before sending. Only message leads who've opted in. Lofty is rolling this out in stages, so it may not be on your account yet.
